Caroline has over 6 years of personal training experience and has come to specialise in Pre and Post natal training after seeing a lack of information and resources for mums, mums to be and in fact dads and dad to be.
Parenthood is one of the most physical jobs you will do. Caroline had effectively helped many women have a healthy pregnancy, feel strong through the birth and felt the benefit of keeping active after the baby is born.
Caroline is happy to train at home or in a near by park (Vitamin D and fresh air is a must!) you can bring your baby along or schedule around nap times. Caroline was a nursery teacher in a past life and is always happy to have a cuddle whilst you squat!
Caroline is trained in a range of equipment from TRX to Kettlebells and a STOTT certified Pilates instructor as well as a level 3 personal trainer.
